Greetings, I am Saurabh Chopra - an engineer, researcher and a dedicated learner. My passion lies in exploring the vast possibilities of Deep Learning and staying on top of the latest advancements in the field.

As a Platform Engineer, my duties include enhancing an AI data-engine platform for Computer Vision applications, contributing to open-source projects, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure's compliance with SOC2, ISO, and HIPAA standards using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

In my free time, I love to lose myself in the world of fantasy/fiction books, engage in strategic games of chess and learn new subjects just for the fun of it. Currently residing in the charming city of Bath, UK, as I find inspiration in its surroundings and the opportunities it presents.

My journey in the tech industry started as a Full Stack Engineer and Full Stack Lead in India where I honed my skills in software engineering and developed several scalable projects. However, my academic interests in the field of Deep Learning led me to pursue my Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Royal Holloway, University of London where I graduated with distinction in 2022. After graduation, I worked as a Machine Learning & MLOps Engineer in London, UK. With a blend of both practical and academic experience, I am ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities in the field of ML.
